Les voeux départementaux

Cette année, la cérémonie de voeux départementaux qui se tient traditionnellement dans notre département le dernier samedi du mois de janvier se tiendra à la dernière limite, le 31 janvier.

La cérémonie se tiendra à 18 heures, à Evry.

Cette année, notre carte de voeux rendait hommage aux personnels départementaux, piliers du service public, acteurs de votre quotidien.

Leur action est essentielle car "le service public, c'est le patrimoine de ceux qui n'en ont pas".

i have utorrent 3.0 build 25454 32bit.since the updagre to this version, iv not been able to download anything, no login, no connection of anytype.im just wondering if any1 else had/having this problem and if there is any cure except reverting back to a older version?my port forwarding is fine, firewall exception is fine, everything is aswas in last version but no connection!!! please help me!!!!
